In this portion of our site, we will upload certain questions that tend to be asked frequently and offer clarification.
I JUST FOUND THIS SITE, AND WANT TO ORDER BUT DON'T KNOW A NONPROFIT THAT YOU WORK WITH, WHY CAN'T I ORDER/ OR WHAT CAN I DO?
First of all Nonprofit Prints is a fantastic example of how the private and public sector can work together to offer a wide array of choices to consumers. Due to strict guidelines that NonProfitPrints has chosen to implement, we strive to expand our business but we do so responsibly. Our main goal is to help nonprofit groups and organizations get affordable printing and expand their finances so they can expand and grow their local community; therefore we find it counterintuitive to take away jobs from other local printing companies.
In regards to what you can do to print with us, that is simple; ask yourself do you think your child family member school's might want a donation? Have them apply and while your ordering (and saving money) you are also helping your community school. In the meantime, or if you truly don't know anyone, contact us and we can recommend a nonprofit group that needs assistance.

First I WOULD like to congratulate both their after school programs for joining our NonProfitPrints program, we would like to point out that currently we are trying to discuss with our group to see what solutions might be able to come up with. What I would do is equally divide your orders between your two kids, that way their programs will get some donation. We are hoping to one day create a process of setting up (on our end) a way to divide equally the donation amount, but unfortunately that might not always work. Lastly you could decide on donating one month for one child, and the next month for the other.

NonProfitPrints Partners are just that, Partners. They unfortunately have no choice at promising a special discount, unless it has been approved (via email) to our direct Sales team. Please check the invoice and see what was promised, since the invoices ARE ALL handled by our department Directly. If this was attached in your email, please accept our apologize and we will rectify it. Keep in mind that sometimes some organizations might make a mistake, i mean we are all human, so don't get mad and just contact us, and we will see how NonProfitPrints can help.

WELL THAT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE GROUP YOU ORDER IT WITH, some groups submit the completed file within the same day, and others wait until the end of the week to submit all orders. NonProfitPrints considers the start of the printing time as the day the after you pay the Invoice emailed too you. We recommend you submitting your orders at least 1.5 weeks prior to your needed date. RUSH printing is available for an extra fee; nonetheless please note that this amount will not go towards the affiliated nonprofit.

IS THERE ANY USE OF PROMO CODE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Currently NonProfitPrints does not offer discount via unique codes to the public as a whole. At times and for very unique cases we might work with NonProfit Groups who wish to bestow upon their members a discount. Should that be the case the discount is in fact purchased by an organization PRIOR to use.

BUT WHY DOES NONPROFITPRINTS NOT OFFER PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Because our prices, thanks largely to grants subsidizing the cost of our products, are more then competitive. NonProfitPrints does not believe it would be recommendable, nor fair, to lower prices at a point that might be detrimental to a local economy.

WHEN IT IS TO LATE TO CANCEL AN ORDER PLACED?
NonProfitPrints would hate to see you cancel your order but understand that at times some orders must be cancelled. You are able to receive your funds back PRIOR to submission of any files submitted, or should the fee not be collected. Both scenarios would leave you with an outstanding balance of 10% the order cost. Should your file and payment already be submitted we will be unable to refund you the amount, but will bestow upon you credit for future orders (minus 15% processing fee). For any order awaiting approval from client the order will be returned minus 35% for processing fee plus other expenses.

NonProfitPrints abides with all laws from federal and local regulations. Since NonProfitPrints works side by side with Community group in your area we are registered, to the best of our ability, in your local jurisdiction.

Why Am I Unable to Place an Order Like other Online Printing Sites?
Well that is a valid question, and the answer is two fold. ONE: due to Grant restrictions we are unable to allow orders to be placed because we need to find out who you want your donated funds to be directed too. We are nonetheless always working on uploading our services, and if you have any ideas or would like to help us, please feel free to email. I saw on your main screen a credit for Healthcare Registration; How do i qualify?
Glad your interested in that, Our healthcare registration credit is a SPECIAL Thank you for those who are working on helping register the millions of uninsured in the US. They must be registered as a CAC organization on the Healthcare.gov Website. There is no minimum, and the organizations will only be responsible for the shipping cost.
